We have observed a milestone change in demographic structure in Census 2021 result. Migration is one of the three components of population change. Both internal and international migration have been equally important and have a significant impact on Nepali lives. In this context, stepping into “school of migration studies” is timely as well as right decision that will have an enormous contribution to make more and more people understand the dynamics of impact of the migration in the contemporary Nepali society.
